ADprep /forestprep after E2K3 Installation?

Our environment have a W2K AD with E2K3 installed. Right now, i would like
to upgrade my AD version to AD 2003. will it affect my E2K3?

I read info for AD 2003 with Exchange 2000, it talks about inetorg or things
like that. do i need to follow that?

Please advise.

No, inetOrgPerson is not an issue with Ex2003. You should simply follow the
normal, recommended steps for upgrading to win2003.

adprep /forestprep (once)
adprep /domainprep (per domain)
