adobe reader 7.0

I recently upgraded to AR 7.0 from 6. I've had a multitude of problems from
screen freezing to not being able shuting down the system properly. I've
wanted to go back to AR 6 (hoping that will fix the problems) but cannot find
a site to download it from. Problems I am having include:
.. cannot read PDF files in browser IE6.0
.. in closing browser and shutting down system, system takes a long time to
shut down
.. after reading some PDF files saved on system offline my system hangs
before I can shut it down
Is there something in internet options or Adobe Reader that I need to
deselect or change? Any help would be appreciated.
