Adobe has been working with me on this, and they are
stumped! I cannot open my newly purchased software
because I keep getting the "Application has enountered a
problem and needs to close, sorry for the inconvenience"
window keeps popping up.

PLEASE, if anyone has any ideas, I really need help.
We've uninstalled, reinstalled, dug into the registry,
and removed all my extra fonts.

You could try a few things.

Make sure you're logged in with an account that
has "Administrative Privilages" See your windows help to
make sure you have this set up.

Turn off your anti-virus software. You can usually
disable it by right clicking on it on the bottom right had
side of your screen in the icon tray (next to the time)

Uninstall your Adobe acrobat reader program (if you have
it installed) and after installing PM7 install version 6
of the reader

Frankly I would uninstall all adobe products, delete any
residual adobe folders in the "Program files" folder that
have Adobe products associated with them and proceed with
installing them back in again PM7 first, followed by the
rest.

Hope this helps,

Let us know. :)

Cheers,

Diabolic
