Adobe Installation

After I Installed Adobe 6.0 Professional, I get the Following message when
trying to send or reply to an email!

A Program is trying to Access e-mail addresses you have stored in
Outlook. Do you want to allow this?

Does anyone have any Ideas?

I know this, it is normal,
you could get a programm named "clicked yes" and you dont
have to click yes all the time.

Probably unrelated to Adobe. Probably releated to a computer virus that
has snuck into your machine. First, do a full-check out of the machine
with anti-virus and spy-bot detection programs.

Hope this is useful to you. Let us know.

As I posted in response to your other query, Outlook 2002 SP3 adds
additional properties to the list of those that are affected by the security
features. As a result, one of your add-ins needs updated to the latest
version - antispam add-ins are a common cause although others are affected
by the changes as well. Many add-ins were updated following the release of
Outlook 2003 and should work with SP3, if not you'll need to contact the
vendor for a newer version.

applications known to trigger the warning.

I had the same problem. Environment: Outlook 2002 SP3, using Word as my email
editor within Outlook, and installed Adobe 6.0 Pro. Apparently the problem is
caused by the SP3 update's higher security features which treats the
combination of using Word as the email editor and the add-in toolbar button
from Adobe placed in Outlook to attach a file as a PDF as a potential threat.
More knowledgable information is available above, particularly under "Access
to e-mail addresses", then the one by Jocelyn dated 8/1/04. Hope that helps!
