Outlook warning message

I am getting the following message: "A program is trying to access e-mail
address you have stored in Outlook"?

I have scanned the message boards here. Adobe is not the issue in my case,
as it's not installed.

I am running Vista Basic and Outlook 2002 SP3. Any other suggestions?

I have referenced this list and I do not have any of the other applications
listed. I have another Vista machine that does not have this issue and I am
perplexed as to what is different between the 1st machine and this new one.

Do you have any other suggestions? As I said, Adobe is not installed and
neither of the applications listed are NOT running on the machine.
