Adobe Acrobat "Goto" When PDF File Is URL

When viewing a PDF file in Adobe Acrobat, simply press Shift+Ctrl+N in order
to goto a particular page. With HTML documents, use the <$pagenum> tag to
be able advance to a particular page. Do you know how to format a URL that
points to PDF file, but to specific page?

Best to looked in the documentation for the target PDF reader (Adobe
Reader or Acrobat or whatever). Ask on the Adobe forum, if necessary.

(I never heard of the <$pagenum> tag and can't spot it in the HTML
specification. How do you use it? How does the browswer know how long
a "page" is when it doesn't paginate like a word processor does?)
