admxprox.dll

I am trying to install Internet Infromation Services on
my computer when prompted for the Windows XP disk I
insert it and a dialog box pops up wanting to know the
location of admxprox.dll. I assumed it would be on the
CD but it seems that is not the case. I am using Windows
XP Professional (Upgrade). Does anyone know where this
dll is hidden, or how I can get a copy of it.
