I am trying to migrate users from one child domain to a
different child domain in the same forest and tree. No
matter what machine I run the migration from or what
account I use I get the following error. I have even used
the Enterprise Admin account with the same results.

ERR2:7422 Failed to move object CN=Name\, User,
hr=80070574 Logon Failure: The target account name is
incorrect.

I have been unable to find any information on this error.
Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

Can you try another account name without comma or space?
If you still see the same error, can you turn on the security auditing on
machine running ADMT and source domain RID master machine. Re-run the
migration to see if there is any interesting error or warning logged.

At first I'm thinking about naming problem as the name account contain
special character comma "Name, User". Can you confirm that you see the same
error when you migrate other account without special character e.g. "Test"?
