adminpak

I try installing the adminpak on my machine but no matter
what version of the pak I have I get one of two errors.

I got this if the service pack was installed or not:

{This installation package cannot be installed by the
Windows Installer service. You must install a Windows
service pack that contains a newer version of the Windows
Installer service.}

{Setup has detected that the Service Pack version of the
system installed is newer than the update you are applying
to it. You can only install this update on a computer
with no Service Packs installed.}

Which version(s) of the adminpak are you trying? XP requires the Windows
Server 2003 adminpak.
