I wnat to login to the local machine as an admin but I
don't see that option, I can only login as a user.
 
If you go to the Control panel and click User accounts, do you see an Icon
for Administrator with your name?
 
The opition to log in as the Administrator will only appear in Safe Mode for
most people. It is not recommended that you EVER use this account execpt
for troublshooting problems. Goto Control Panel>>Users>>Create New
Account>>and create an account with admin privileges if you wish to run as
an admin.
