Hi, I am using XP pro SP2, I am trying to install the
Real Player (but I have had this same problem with
several other attempted installs, still unresolved) and
this is the message I get, "You currently do not have
administrator access to the windows registry. Please see
your system administrator to install the RealPlayer". I
am a member of the administrator group, the only other
one being the default admin., which I tried to install
from that account and got the same message. Any advice?
Thanks in advanced, Nichole

Click Start > Run > control userpasswords2, on the dialog that appears,
check to see if you have full Administrative access priviledges under your
account.

yes, it says I'm an administrator and I have complete
unrestricted access to the computer/domain.
