Administrator Permissions

I just ordered a Dell XPS 2400 W/Win Home XP. How do I
ensure I have Administrator permissions? This is my first
experience with Win XP

click on Contol Panel and then on user accnts. You can
set yourself up there as the admin and also establish a
password. Gary
