administrator permissions/setup

I currently have an EMS run form software program that
will not allow me to set it up. After the progress bar
(during) install finishes, I get a message saying I do
not have permission to make the required changes. I am
signed on as either myself, or as system administrator.
It makes no difference which user I am signed on as, the
same error message appears. Any ideas?? Help......
 
I have the same problem when trying to install the
Incredimail Add-on for Outlook. I've posted the question
in many forums and never received an answer. If you figure
it out, please let me know! Thanks!
