administrator permission

I suddenly am not able to save to my CD-RW. I keep getting the message, "You
do not have permission to save in this directory. See administrator for
permission." I am the administrator. I do not know how to give myself the
permission needed in order for me to be able to save to my CD-RW again. I
 
creat a user give full administrative writes then log in him and then take
give full writes to administrator
