Administrator Password in Recovery Console?

I tried to get into Recovery Console to uninstall SP4 but
failed. I have no Administrator Password in my PC so I
typed ENTER. but got the error msg --- the password is not
valid. Please retype the password.
Please help!!!

You probably did have a password but you had AutoAdminLogin enabled and
never had to type it in. This is common.

Try doing this:

1. Disconnect your system from the network (if connected)
2. Boot off of the Windows 2000 CDROM
3. Choose the fast repair option and only repair the files. This will take
you back to SP0, but you should be able to boot just fine again. Then
re-run the SP4 setup and apply any critical updates you need.
