Administrator is Crazy?

P

PeteR-S

I AM the administrator of the PC but when I try to use the Task Manager it
says "The Task Manager has been disabled from the Administrator"
The same happens when I try to use REGEDIT.
Probably the same will happen with other programs.
Also, I can not use the firewall, it says that it is controlled by "Group
Policies"

Please I would appreciate any help, in order for me to avoid formatting the
whole PC.

Thanks in advance
