I noticed the other day that under my account, which has
admin priveliges, in xp home edition, that is using FAT32
not ntfs, the cd drive was not allowing me access to cdr
discs but it will to cdrw, dvd, audio.
My wife is able to access all types of discs when she logs
into her account, which also has admin priveliges.
I thought at first that this was a driver problem but when
I was doing something the pc locked up and I tried to use
ctrl, alt, del to shut down only to be shown a error
message stating that Task Manager access had been denied
by my administrator, well I am the administrator.
What the heck is going on!!
Please help
