Administrator cannot delete a Limited User account.

I'm the only Administrator on the computer, no Guest account, and I can't
delete the only Limited User (Monica) left on the computer. I can create new
accounts, enable/disable Guest account, and I can change the "Monica"
account's Name, Password, and Account Type. I just can't delete it.

I deleted all folders pertaining to that account and then tried to delete
User account through Control Panel/User Accounts to no avail.

I run Task Manager/Processes and notice mshta.exe takes up CPU's usage by 90
and then drops to around 30 and finally to 00, "Program not Responding".

I previously installed Service Pack 2 which I believe might be the problem
but I cannot verify. The file mshta.exe might be corrupted. In this case,
what can I do without having to reinstall Windows XP Profesional again?

DVS,

Can you delete the account through the native Local Users and Computer
Manager? Try deleting it through there:

Start > Run > "lusrmgr.msc"

When you say also that the Account won't delete, do you get any error or
warning messages when you do try to delete it?

B.t.w mshta, is a valid Windows Process, basically the user manager part of
Control Panel is what is know as an HTML Applicaiton, and it is ran using
the MsHta.exe process.
