I am a lone user. I only have the owner/administrator
user account available. I need the
Administrator/Administrator user account to uninstall
Quicken 2003 to install 2005. How do I get the
Administrastor/Administrator user account available.

Assuming you use the Welcome screen, hit ctrl+alt+del twice; this will bring
up the "standard" login window. At this window, type in Administrator for
the username and leave the password blank. Note that this will only work if
the Administrator password has not been changed; if it has been changed, you
will need to enter it in the password area. Click submit and voila.

I could not log on. Said there was an account
restriction. It only lets me log on as owner. Thanx

This sounds as though when you added a password, possibly auto-logon you had
the System Admin account in the box instead of your user. Trying correcting
that and then proceed. Good luck!

Boot and hit F8 as BIOS info goes to black to get the menu; take Safe
Mode, and "Administrator" will be on Welcome
