Administrator Accounts hiding

When I setup an additional admin account the administrator
account went into hiding. I can only see it under safe
mode. I removed the admin account, however that didn't
change anything.
WinXP Professional Ver2002, SP1

That is Normal;
You should not really use the Administrator except in an emergency.
Also do not use a profile with Administrator access for routine work.
Use a Limited User for all routine work.

If you want to See Administrator in normal Mode, use Tweak UI:

You can hide and unhide user accounts from the Welcome screen using TweakUI

http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp

Go to the logon option in tweakui and check Show "Administrator" on the
Welcome screen.
