Hidden Administrator Account

I setup an "Admin" account along with a user account on a
machine that already had an "Administrator" account. When
I rebooted the Administrator account disappeared. I can
see it under safe mode. I deleted the Admin account,
however the Administrator account is still hidden....how
can I make the Administrator account reappear?
Thank you for your help.
