Administrator Account

How do I log on as the Administrator on my computer? I have Windows XP Home Edition.
 
Hi, Reboot into Safe Mode and will have the option to log in as an
Administrator.

Thank you very much for helping me out, what I'm trying to do now is get my Windows Update page to work so I can download the Updates. It tells me to log in as the Administrator and I did that, but for some reason it still won't work. Think you could help me out ? I'd really appreciate it.
