Administrator Account Disabled ? How to get in ??

I have XP Pro with all recent updates that was running well. No password.
After downloading a new program and restarting PC, it always says, when
trying to log in as Administrator :--

"Your Account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator."

There are no other users on this PC to get in via their login.
Is there a way to get back in ??

You have just discovered why you should NOT use the built-in administrator
account as the only account on an XP machine.
AFAIK, (unless someone more knowledgable than I says differently), the only
way in to your machine now is by doing a repair install of XP.

When you have managed to log-in to your machine, create another user account
(give it Admin rights if you want) and use that one for day-to-day use.
Leave the built-in administrator account for emergencies.

When I try to do a Repair from the XP CD, it asks for which Installation,
accepts only 1, and asks for password.
None, Administrator and Admin do not work.
One only gets only 3 tries each cycle.

Is there a standard password to use in this repair since i have set no
password in the PC ? ?

I think you may be in the Recovery Console, NOT doing a repair install.
