What exactly do you mean by "access"?
Do you mean that you can see the shortcut (under Start >
All Programs), but attempt to run the program and you get
an error?
Or, do you not see it there at all when logged in as the
other 3 users?
Incidentally, Kazaa comes bundled with spyware so you may
want to look into another program for p2p file sharing. Do
a Google search for "Kazaa Lite" to find a spyware-free
version of it. I'd also recommend installing Spybot S&D or
Lavasoft's AdAware to remove that spyware.

Only one user (out of four) has access to software (Kazaa)
installed on shared computer running XP Home. Kazaa tells
me it's due to others not having adm. access, but all shown
