Administrative Tools

Using Windows XP version 5.1
My "Administrative Tools" folder is empty. How do I restore these files?
Note-XP came installed on my PC.

Try this, right click on the task bar , click propertys,click start menue
tab,click customize,click advance tab,scrool down to system Admin. tools and
set what you want.
