Administrative tools

Help i'm new at this but can someone help me, where can i find the
"Administrative tools"On W2K Pro.
 
Start -> Settings->Control Panel->Administrative Tools

That should do it - I tried the other solution on my machine and it did not
work - so I find this to be a little easier.. If you still can't find it
do a search on *admin*.* - that should do it!!!!
