Administrative Tools

My administrative tools window opens but there are not contents. I am a home
single user. I have logged on as an administrator in safe mode, but nothing
shows. I am trying to disable Messenger Service. I haven't yet installed
SP2.

You can try to go to Start .. then Run ... and type in services.msc and
press enter .. that should launch the services window
