I have been trying to change my IE home page and am
unable to reset it through the Internet Options menu. I
keep getting a message that I must be an administrator in
order to change it. I AM the administrator but can't
find where I can change the setting. Can anyone help me?

check User's menu in the control panel to make sure you
are the administrator. If you are then you should go to
regedit and search for startpage or something to find
where its storing that webpage. Possibly just search the
registry for the www address and see if you can change it
there but make sure you back up your registry before you
change anything.
