Administrative Privileges

When trying to start a newly downloaded software, I received a message informing me to log on as the administrator. I am currently logged on as the administrator. I created a new account under administrator and received the same message when I tried to start the software program.

Is there a way to fix this problem??

It has not happened in the past.

I'm currently using Windows XP Home edition.

I would appreciate any responses that would help me.

The first thing to do is to check at the application's website to see
if they have fixed their error.
