Administrative Alerts

It seems administrative alerts are sent from my servers to
all 2000 users. How can I prevent non-admins from
receiving these alerts?

The best solution is to correctly configure the alerts so they only go to
the users you want, but can also disable the Alerter service with Group
Policy and this will stop the pop up alerts from being seen.
