Admin tools missing??

When I open Perf. & Maint. my Admin Tools file folder is EMPTY - I checked
against my husbands Windows files on his laptop and his file is NOT EMPTY.
Anyone know which files to copy off of his to download into mine and where to
find the files??

In

I have been attempting to clean up after a spywear invasion and some how
my Administration Tools from Performance and Main. is missing its files!
UGH! Any idea how to get these files back ( download from??)
Ctrl-Alt-Delete is not working either - Task manager has blocked it -
What do I do??
