Admin$ share across the internet

Hi,
I it possible to view an ADMIN$ share across the internet ?

i.e.
\\global.ip.com\c$

It doesnt seem to work for me.
I need to access that share for the use of a sysinternals utility.

Anyone who's exposing their administrative shares via the Internet has a
serious security issue they need to deal with.

Many ISPs block NetBIOS ports. You should be able to configure a VPN
connection and view the share.
