i recently got a dell latitude cp series laptop from a relative
it's running windows xp professional
there used to be three accounts on it
and Administrator accnt, a Guest accnt, and my account
however, while i was in my account, i somehow managed to delete it
the Administrator accnt won't let me logon without a password which i do not
have (and the relative does not have it either)
and whenever i try the guest account with a blank password field, a message
pops up saying, "The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon
interactively"

i've been reading in the forums for a couple days, i've tried the telus link
(it's a dead link by the way)
and home.eunet........ link which is also a dead link
and the windows key program (the demo version)
i'm a student and do not have the money to buy the windows key software
i'd greatly appreciate it if someone could help me!!
