I'm only using Admin logins right now, but am considering setting up a
couple users with Win98 SE as clients with CALs. Will I have to get CALs for
Admins as well, or can they still log in anyway?
 
Do you mean that your TS is currently running in Remote
Administration mode and you want to switch it to Application mode?
If so: no, after the switch all clients will need a TS CAL.
