Adjusting time in Outlook

The time i recieve a message in my inbox does not match the actual time - How
can you change this?
 
The time being displayed in Outlook depends on time, timezone and DST
settings on the clinet of the receiver and sender and on the mailserver of
the receiver and sender. Verify that they are all set correctly (for the
mailserver you can contact your ISP)
