Adjusting Fonts

I just bought a new gateway,widescreen, computer with Windows XP Media Center
Edition.

The font size on everything was incrediably small. I used the display
properties and was able to adjust most of the font sizes but am still stuck
with tiny font size in help menus, my outlook contact address list and in my
emails, the area where it shows the from and to the fonts are so small I
almost need a magnifying glass.
I'm guess the font size has to be 8 and on this widescreen is horrible.

Is there any way other than using the display properties to adjust the font
size in all areas of display. Even when I choose the help and support, the
font is so small it is so hard to read.

Which side of Help is small?
If the right-hand side, then adjust it in Internet Explorer.
IE-View-Text Size.

Thanks for your response.
I have adjusted the text in IE it is with Outlook and Office 2003 that I am
having problems with as well as even the text in this message box which is
off to the side that states: Post In Discussion Group and Your Display Name.
The font of that has to be either an 8 or 7 it is so small.

In any program I am in, which I click on the Tools and choose Options,
everything in that selection is also in the small font as well as the tabs.

I have been lucky enough to make all corrections/changes using the display
properties with the exception of the ones I have stated above. These are the
ones that I am not able to adjust regardless of what I do.

Hopefully there is something I have overlooked that will help with this.
