Addressing envelopes in Word

When I open Word and click on the envelope icon the layout
is correct so I click the Word Address Book to get my
address for the envelope. Instead of getting my list of
addresses a notice comes up that says "Choose Profile".

I click on profile name and the letters FPC appear.

My question is how do I get the WAB icon to recognize my
addresses and bring them up for a selection. Your help
will be appreciated.

Word can't use your WAB (Windows Address Book). See "WD2000: Which Address
Books Can Be Used with Word? [KB 269111]" at
