Addressing envelopes in Word

When I click on the address book in the envelope address tool, the message
"Log on to Microsoft Exchange" comes up. What does that mean and how to I
access my address book?

In the "Select name" box, there is a drop down list "Show names from the..."
If there is more than one entry in that list, try each until you find the
address book.

It means that you are trying to use the Outlook Express address book which
is incompatible with Word (unless you have the expensive corporate
application Exchange installed). This tool requires Outlook.
