How to Import address book from WordPerfect X4 to WORD 7.0

How do I import my WP X4 address book into MS WORD 7.0 so that I may use it
for envelope addresses etc.?

Do you really mean Word 7.0 or Word 2007 with is Word 12.0?
If you want to use the address book with Word's envelope function, then it
needs to be in Outlook and for that Doug has posted the method.
