Why all of a sudden do my contacts show their complete e-mail addresses in
the "To" line? I want to show only their names. Please tell me how to remove
this.

All email programs must include the recipient's email address when
sending, or else the message cannot be delivered over the Internet.
Some email programs (not Windows Mail) choose to hide the email
addresses while you are composing the message. There is no way
to change that behavior, unless you switch to a different email program,
like Windows Live Mail:
