Hello --
I have a single Exchange 2003 Entrerprise Svr (SP 1) running on Windows 2003
Standard Svr w/SP 1 installed. My users all have OUTLOOK 2003 installed on
their Windows XP desktops.
I have a couple of users who are experiencing a very strange issue; namely,
they will send out an email to more than one addressee, send it, go into the
Sent Items folder later on to review the message, and note that the email
addresses of a number of the recipient(s) have "disappeared" from the
message!
Note that in both cases these messages were confirmed as having been
received by the correspondents whose addresses "disappeared" from the message
-- it's simply that OUTLOOK for some reason does NOT retain their email
addresses in the message. Normally when you access a sent message, you can
click on an address in the "to" field to see detail; in one case, I noticed
that an address would physically "disappear" in the "to" field when you ran
your cursor over it!!!
Has anyone else experienced this issue? What may be causing it? Please
advise.
