Address Vallidation

Can anyone recommend a service or software that doesn't cost an arm & a leg
that will validate and correct the addresses in my customer list. I only
have 700 names and I am planning to do a mailing.

Also, I am looking for a service or web stie where I can validate the
address by inputting the customer's telephone # so that I can correctly
enter it correctly in the first place.
