Address on Single Envelope

Using Word 2003

When creating an envelope (Tools->Letters and Mailings->Envelopes and Labels) and I insert an address (from Outlook), I would like to pull the Company Name field.

I have tried to modify my AddressLayout but that only works if you are already in a document and click the Insert Address icon from a toolbar. It does not work when I click the Insert Address icon from the Envelopes and Labels dialog box.

Any suggestions?
