address line search

When I type a subject in the address line for a search I
am re-directed
to //apps.webservicehost.com/apps/epa/epa?. I'm not sure
what happened, but before the default was the MSN search
engine. The search site is NavExcel and the indicator
says Error Page Assistant. How do I get the address bar
to return to MSN Search as the default search? I have
tried to reset the Internet Options with no luck.
