address labels

I have office 2007 and use windows mail for my contacts addresses. How can I
print address labels to send cards to 80 of my 150 contacts? If it can't be
done on this software, is there some free ware I could store my contact
addresses on? Thank you - I'm not very computer literate, but I am desperate!

Go to File | Export | Windows Contacts and you can export them as a CSV file
that you can then import into and use in Office.
