Address Insertion

The address insert (Word 2002) brings up my list of Contacts from Outlook
but, although it contains most of the Contacts, it does not contain all of
them. How do I rectify this?

You should ask this in an OUTLOOK newsgroup, as the folks there better
understand this functionality...
