How do I include company name when using Insert Address in Word 2.

The Insert Address button in Word 2007 allows me to insert a name and address
from my Outlook Contacts. However, it does not include the Company Name,
which I have to look up and enter manually. Is there any way round this?

I still have to work out what is going on, but it worked first time!
