Address History Being Deleted

We are having a problem with users losing their address history. When typing
in an address all the possible addresses that you had previously sent to
usually show up in a drop-down box. Some of our users have noticed that
addresses to daily contacts are starting to disappear. They are still in the
address book but there is no history of their address. I checked out the
users Archive folders to see if a file was being created in there but it is
not. Please Help!!

Your post is unclear, but if you are truly asking about autocompletion, then
that data has nothing to do with your Contacts data. It is stored in a
separate file. If that data is not being retained between sessions, then you
have a corrupt Outlook profile and must create a new one.
