Address format

I am trying to change the default set up for my addresses that are inserted from outlook into word

I need to remove "United States of America", add the company name. Also, every so often the email address of the person is added next to the person's name receiving or no name and just an email address

I have looked high and low in the help section, and found nothing.

I have figured out how to change the format for addresses in my word document, but it isn't the same when I insert into an envelope. Is there a way to fix that?
