I had outlook express and exported my address book, which
was saved as a .WAB file. Now, I'd like to import it into
my Outlook, but the import file offers so many choices,
none specifically being .WAB files. How do I do this??

Outlook cannot import a WAB.
Import it into OE. From there you can import into Outlook.

You don't export the address book from Outlook Express as a WAB and then
import into Outlook, you import the address book directly from Outlook
Express.

In Outlook click File>Import and Export. Select "Import Internet Mail And
Addresses" and click Next. Select "Outlook Express 4.x, 5.x, 6.x", uncheck
everything but "Import Address Book" and click Next. Select the appropriate
duplicate handling and click Finish.
